By using Mulver services you agree to our shipping policies, prohibited items list, and delivery terms. Shipments must be properly packaged and labeled with accurate sender and receiver details.
Mulver is responsible for parcels while in our custody. Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date with supporting documentation.
Delivery fees are calculated based on origin, destination, weight, and service type. COD amounts are settled according to your customer account agreement with Mulver.
Customer accounts must be used lawfully. Mulver may suspend accounts that violate regulations or abuse the platform.
